You acknowledge and agree that: AI-generated outputs are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional, legal, or regulatory advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and acting upon any AI-generated content or recommendations. The Platform and its providers do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs for your specific use case.

 

4. Client-Provided Bots and Integrations

 

If you choose to integrate your own in-house AI bot or third-party model with the Platform: You are solely responsible for the performance, accuracy, security, and compliance of your integrated bot or model. The Platform and its providers are not responsible or liable for any errors, omissions, or damages arising from the use of client-provided bots or integrations. You must ensure that your bot or integration complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and data protection requirements.

 

5. Data Security and Privacy

 

The Platform implements industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: Your use or inability to use the Platform; Any AI-generated content or recommendations; Any client-provided bot or integration; Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

 

7. Indemnification

 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its affiliates, and its providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform, AI-generated content, or client-provided bots.

 

8. Modifications to Terms

 

The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

9. Governing Law
