Cleared hiring fails when clearance surprises appear late. We ask about current clearance level, sponsoring agency, expiry and eligibility in the first conversation, then run a structured AI interview and a practitioner screen.
Every candidate is interviewed on webcam. If they progress, we check photo ID ourselves. The interview platform flags cheating signals for a person to review.

Yes. We search for candidates who already hold the level you need, and for strong candidates who are eligible and can be sponsored. We confirm clearance status and eligibility at the start of the process, never at offer stage.
